gen2's working structure involves four working supervisors each with an important role, that reports to the Director daily. gen2 structures the business this way to ensure the services provided exceed the expectations of all clients, and to also ensure that all duties specified are being completed to the gen2 standard.
All gen2’s staff are carefully selected and specifically trained in order to be 100% competent in their assigned tasks. New employees must clear a federal police check before commencing work for gen2 giving your business total piece of mind.
